Consultation and matching
The consultation and matching service is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop at any time without any charge.
Add-on services
- Pre-handover snag inspection: full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
- Extended warranty: full refund within 15 days of purchase if no claim has been made.
Project payments
Stage payments for interior work are governed by your written project agreement. Payments are tied to completed and inspected stages, so you pay only for work that has been approved. If a project is cancelled, refunds of booking amounts and costs for materials already ordered follow the terms in that agreement.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
