How much does it cost to join?
Nothing to join. You pay a success commission only on projects you win through BookInterio: 7% of project value as standard, 5% for founding partners in the first 12 months. Optional paid plans with priority matching come later.
How is the commission collected?
Stage by stage, as each payment milestone is approved, with a GST invoice. You never pay for a lead that does not convert.
What do I need for the audit?
GST and registration documents, access to your office and workshop, five finished homes we can visit, three past clients we can call, and your warranty terms.
Can I keep my own clients and marketing?
Yes. BookInterio is an additional source of pre-qualified clients. The only rule is that clients introduced through BookInterio stay on the platform for that project.
