Within 3 days, your advisor visits your flat or does a video call, takes measurements and photos, and writes a brief with your style, rooms and budget band.

Within 24 hours of the consultation we shortlist three verified firms that fit your budget, locality and style. Your number is not shared with them.
Experience Walk
Visit a home one of the firms has finished, to see the real material quality and finish before you decide.
Design meetings and quotes
The firms meet you and send quotes in BookInterio's standard format within about 7–10 days: same rooms, plywood grade, laminate and hardware brands, rate per item.
Compare and choose
Your advisor walks you through a side-by-side comparison and points out where a cheaper quote cuts corners. You choose. Only then does that firm get your contact details.
Sign and book
You sign one agreement between you, the firm and BookInterio, covering scope, timeline, warranty and the four payment stages, and pay 10% to book.
Design sign-off and materials
Final drawings are signed off and materials are delivered to your flat. Our Quality Auditor checks them against the quote before the 40% stage is paid.
Installation
The firm installs with daily photo updates on WhatsApp. The auditor inspects installation before the next 40% is paid. Target delivery is 45 days.
Snags and handover
A snag list is made and closed. You pay the final 10% only when you are happy, and your 1-year warranty starts.
Review
You rate the firm. Your review feeds its Trust Score, which decides how often it is matched with future homeowners.

About the process
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 2–3 weeks from consultation to signing, then about 45 days for the work on a typical 2BHK or 3BHK, depending on scope.
Do I have to choose one of the three firms?
No. If none of the three fits, tell your advisor and we either match you again or you walk away. There is no fee either way.
Can I add or change things after signing?
Yes. Changes are written into the agreement as a change note with the extra cost, so there are no surprises at handover.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
Your BookInterio advisor, at any stage. If a firm is late or the work is not right, we hold the next payment until it is fixed.
