Every quote uses one standard format, naming the plywood grade, laminate and hardware brands and the rate per item, so cheaper means cheaper, not worse.
4. Pay only for approved work

What a firm must pass before you ever see it
A firm needs 32 points or more, including every legal point.

Every firm, scored out of 100 every month
On-time delivery counts for 30 points, quality audits 25, client ratings 25, low disputes 10 and response time 10. A new firm starts at 70 until it has three finished projects. Below 60, it gets an improvement plan; below 50, it stops receiving new matches.

What happens if a firm delivers late?
Delays beyond the agreed date are covered by the delay terms in your agreement, and the next payment stage is held until the work is back on track. Repeated delays lower the firm's Trust Score and pause new matches.
What if I'm not happy with the quality?
The stage is not approved and not paid until the issue is fixed. Our Quality Auditor inspects against the materials and finish written in the quote.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Workmanship defects in the work delivered through BookInterio, such as hinges, channels, edge banding and shutter alignment. The full terms are in your agreement.
How do you stop firms calling me?
Firms never receive your number unless you choose them. Calls during the matching stage go through a masked business number. A partner caught cold-calling with outside data is removed.
